1. Data Protection at a Glance
General Information
The following gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR and this privacy policy.
Who is responsible
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, whose contact details are in the "Controller" section below.
How we collect your data
Some data is collected when you provide it to us (for example, when you request a meeting). Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website — mainly technical data (browser, operating system, time of access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter the website.
What we use your data for
The data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors and, via our hosting provider's built-in first-party analytics, to see aggregate visitor statistics. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking (see "Cookies & analytics").
Your rights.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time — see the "Your Rights" section. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
2. Hosting
We host the content of our website with the following provider:
WIX
The provider is Wix.com Ltd., Nemal Tel Aviv St. 40, Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel ("Wix"). When you visit our website, Wix collects various technical data, including your IP address, in server log files. For details, see Wix's own privacy policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
Wix is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the reliable and secure presentation of our website.
Data processing agreement. Wix's Data Processing Addendum (effective 1 December 2025) applies as required by Art. 28 GDPR. A current list of Wix's sub-processors is available at https://support.wix.com/en/article/list-of-wixs-sub-processors.
International transfers. Wix may process data outside the EU. Data is initially transferred to Wix.com Ltd. in Israel — a country the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection — and any onward transfer to a non-adequate country (e.g. the United States) is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with UK / Swiss addenda where relevant).
3. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies set by our hosting provider (Wix) to operate the site securely and reliably — for example svSession and server-session (session), hs and XSRF-TOKEN (security), and ssr-caching (page delivery). These are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functional website) and, as strictly necessary cookies, do not require consent under § 25(2) TDDDG.
We use Wix's built-in, first-party analytics to see aggregate visitor statistics (such as page views, traffic sources, and approximate location). This relies on the necessary session cookie above and Wix's server-side data — it does not set additional advertising or cross-site-tracking cookies. We do not use any third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), interest-based advertising, or cross-site tracking, and Wix's optional click-tracking and session-recording features are switched off.
4. Booking a meeting (Microsoft Bookings)
On our website you can request an introductory meeting via a scheduling tool ("Request Exclusive Introduction"). This uses Microsoft Bookings / Outlook, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations, Ltd. (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland — Microsoft's data-protection representative for the EEA; Microsoft Corporation, USA, is the parent company). When you book, you provide your name, email address, and meeting preferences (date/time and any details you add), which are processed to arrange and hold the requested meeting.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a business relationship). The data is kept for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the meeting, then deleted unless a statutory retention period applies.
The booking runs on our Microsoft 365 business account (an @ananki.ai mailbox). Microsoft acts as our processor under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Processing Addendum. Transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA are safeguarded by the EU 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK IDTA where relevant); for EU Data Boundary services, Microsoft stores and processes the data at rest within the EU/EFTA.
5. General Information and Mandatory Information
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
ananki.ai GmbH

Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for its processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. statutory retention periods); in the latter case, deletion takes place after these reasons cease to apply.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.

You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to:

SSL or TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" address and the lock icon in your browser.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data-processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
